the writers really need to take a course on how to signal duration / time change bc so illegible and makes so many things seem psycho and nonsensical. speaking of psycho, that momentary flip from a fairly formal public event to dre topless & ready for dani in the pool? no posh open bar event clears immediately, but even if it did, quickly stripping down for a crush in the space would be wild red flag.
But like the thing with Angie’s teacher.. isn’t that exactly what Bette did with her student in season 4? What’s with the reusing all the abusive plot lines
Watching this show makes me feel like I’m watching a bunch of fully realized human people I know act out their possession by trickster spirits. I’m enjoying the season bc it has been sillier than the previous seasons, but all the characters are written soooo inconsistently!! Like what is going on!! The writers are trying to make me believe so many things I just don’t buy, but it’s hard to know how I formulated consistent character concepts to begin with because the writing must have always been this wacky right??
Alice is calling the cat Piddles, not Pibbles. Mr. Piddles was the name of Dana’s cat that was killed by her awful fiancée Tanya. That’s the connection.
